Questions before you order
During the summer season we dispatch within two business days. Delivery inside Japan usually takes a further one to three days depending on your region, and tracking is emailed when your parcel ships.
Bags use natural seagrass and jute weaves with reinforced handles. Hats are rated paper straw or cotton with a UPF 50+ brim. Towels are a fine microfibre chosen for fast drying and easy sand release.
Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of arrival. Exchanges for a different size or colour are free while that collection is still in season; just reply to your order email.
Yes. Add gift packaging at checkout and we wrap the order in our coastal box with a hand-tied band and an optional note. The same packaging is available through our resort partners for guests buying on site.
